    When I Work integrates with QuickBooks Online to make managing users and exporting pay period hours painless. The integration allows you to sync user names and send worked hours to QuickBooks Online. Prior to exporting this information, you will need to close out your pay period. Your workplace must use Time Clock & Attendance to set up payroll integrations. This integration is compatible with Quickbooks Online Plus with Payroll in the United States, India and Canada.     Schedule templates allow you to create a daily or weekly schedule that is reusable. If your schedules are very similar from day to day or week to week, use a template to save time and avoid creating schedules from scratch.   • Reminding a User to Accept an Invite

    If a user hasn’t accepted an invite to join your workplace, you can remind the user by sending another invite. Invites cannot be sent if a user has already registered (accepted an invite). Registered users can log in with their email address and password. Once a user has registered, the email address field in their user profile will turn grey. Invitation links expire 24 hours after being sent. You can send invites to all unregistered users at once without having to send invites one by one. Hover over , then select Users.
