Overview

The default currency setting in When I Work is set to USD ($). If you’re a manager or account holder, you can select a different currency in App Settings.

Currency options

When I Work currently offers the following currency options:

  • British Pound (£)
  • Costa Rican Colón (₡)
  • Dutch Florin (ƒ)
  • Euro (€)
  • Generic (¤)
  • Indian Rupee (₹)
  • Krone (kr)
  • Qatari Riyal (QR)
  • Rand (R)
  • Rupiah (Rp)
  • Saudi Riyal (SR)
  • US Dollar ($)
  • Yen (¥)

If your currency isn’t listed, please let us know.

Selecting a different currency

  1. Hover your mouse over your name in the top right corner, then click App Settings.
  2. On the App Settings page, click the down arrow next to the Currency Symbol drop down menu to select your preferred currency.App Settings
  3. Click the Save button in the upper right corner after you have made the change.
