If you need help with When I Work, you can contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

You can also contact us from our iPhone/iPad or Android mobile apps.

Customer Care team hours

Our Customer Care team is available during these hours:

  • Monday through Friday: 7 A.M. to 8 P.M. Central Time (12:00 to 1:00 UTC).
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Central Time (14:00 to 22:00 UTC).

We do our best to get you answers within a few hours. If you contact us after business hours, we’ll get back to you on the next business day.

Submit a ticket to our Customer Care team

You can submit a ticket to our Customer Care team at any time. If you need help after business hours, submitting a ticket is the best way to contact us.

  1. From the web app, click Need Help? on the right side of the page.Need Help? button
  2. In the sidebar, click Submit a Ticket. Use the form to explain your question or comment. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

You can also submit a ticket from the Help Center.

Chat with our Customer Care team

We provide live chat during our support hours. To access live chat, you must be to be an account holder, manager, or supervisor signed into your When I Work account.

  1. From the web app, click Need Help? on the right side of the page.Need Help? button
  2. In the sidebar, click Chat With When I Work.

Training webinars

Watch one of our live or pre-recorded webinars to get in-depth training on using When I Work. Live webinars are held each weekday, or you can watch a pre-recorded webinar at any time. Register for a webinar from our Education page.
