Overview

Use the When I Work Staff Scheduling app for iPhone and iPad to get your schedule no matter where you are.

You can also view your schedule from your computer or Android phone.

View your next shift

1. From the When I Work Staff Scheduling app, go to the Dashboard.
2. Find the Your Next Shift card, which shows your next upcoming shift.
3. Tap Your Next Shift to:
   • See who you’ll be working with.
   • Release the shift.
   • Create a drop request for the shift.
   • Create a swap request for the shift.

View your upcoming shifts

1. From the When I Work Staff Scheduling app, go to the Dashboard.
2. Tap My Schedule. The My Shifts tab displays your upcoming shifts one week at a time.

View shift details

Tap a shift to:

• See who you’ll be working with.
• Release the shift.
• Create a drop request for the shift.
• Create a swap request for the shift.

Scroll to a day

Tap a date to scroll to that day. A dot under a date indicates there are shifts on that day.

Switch weeks

• Go to the next week by swiping from right to left.
• Go to the previous week by swiping from left to right.

Monthly calendar

Tap to expand the monthly calendar.

• Tap a date to scroll to that day. A dot under a date indicates there are shifts on that day.
• Go to the next month by swiping from right to left.
• Go to the previous month by swiping from left to right.

Filter the schedule

Tap to filter by location, position, or job site. See Schedule Filtering for more information on filtering your schedule.

Refresh the schedule

You can check for schedule updates at any time by pulling down on the screen with your finger.
