Updating Billing Information

Overview

You can update your billing information at any time to change which card you use to pay for When I Work.

Considerations

  • You must be the admin to update your billing information. If you’re upgrading to a paid plan for the first time, check out Upgrading to a Paid Plan.
  • We accept payments via credit card only.
  • All billing information fields must be filled out in order to save changes to your billing information.
  • Your updated billing information is used for future payments.

Steps

  1. Hover over , then select  Account & Billing.

  2. Click Edit.
  3. Click next to Billing.edit billing icon
  4. Enter your billing information, then click Continue.billling continue button
  5. Enter your payment information, then click Continue.payment continue button
  6. Click Save to save your changes.save billing button
