Updating Billing Information

Overview

You can update your billing information at any time to change which card you use to pay for When I Work.

Considerations

  • You must be the account holder to update your billing information. If you’re upgrading to a paid plan from a free plan for the first time, check out Upgrading to a Paid Plan.
  • All billing information fields must be filled out in order to save changes to your billing information.
  • Your updated billing information is used for future payments.

Steps

  1. Hover over Gear, then select Billing Account & Billing.

  2. Click Edit Billing Info.
  3. Enter your billing information.Billing Information screen
  4. Click Update Billing to save your changes.
