You can update your billing information at any time to change which card you use to pay for When I Work.
- You must be the admin to update your billing information. If you’re upgrading to a paid plan for the first time, check out Upgrading to a Paid Plan.
- We accept payments via credit card only.
- All billing information fields must be filled out in order to save changes to your billing information.
- Your updated billing information is used for future payments.
Hover over , then select Account & Billing.
- Click Edit.
- Click next to Billing.
- Enter your billing information, then click Continue.
- Enter your payment information, then click Continue.
- Click Save to save your changes.
