When you are billed, When I Work sends an email invoice to the email address listed in the Update Billing Info section. Every invoice is added to the Invoice History and can be downloaded and saved for your records.
Invoices can only be viewed by the Admin on their Account & Billing page on the web.
Viewing Your Invoices
Hover over , then select Account & Billing.
Scroll down on the billing page to see all transactions made by your credit card in the Invoice History section.
To download and save an invoice, click the download icon associated with the payment in the Receipt section.
