Changing the Primary Contact

Overview

Each When I Work has three slots available for Admins who control payments and the life of the account. The Admin is the only user role with access to the Account & Billing page.

Considerations

  • The Primary Contact can only be assigned to a user with admin permissions.

Change primary contact

  1. Hover over Gear, then select Settings General Settings.

  2. Click the drop-down for Primary Contact, then select the user.
    Note: If you only have one Primary Contact listed, assign another Admin.change primary contact
  3. Click Save.
