Overview

Changing your plan allows you to access When I Work features that are not included as a part of the free trial. When I Work offers different plans that allow you to configure your account to best suit your needs.

2021 Plan Content

This article covers the process to add features to the 2021 Free Trial. If you are on a legacy plan and want to upgrade your plan see Switching to a Different Plan.

Considerations

  • You must have manager or account holder access privileges to access the Account & Billing page in a free trial.
  • If a manager upgrades the account, they become the account holder.
  • We accept payments via credit card only.

Change your plan

  1. Hover over Gear, then select Billing Account & Billing.

  2. Click Change Plan.Change plan button
  3. Review the Small Business and Enterprise plans.
    • You can add Time Clock & Attendance by selecting the toggle.
    • If you’d like to compare monthly and annual pricing, click the Annual Billing (5% discount) toggle.
    • If you need more than the Small Business plan offers, click Contact Us For Pricing under the Enterprise plan.Plan review page
  4. Click Check out to Activate Your Account. The Billing Information screen appears.
  5. Enter the required credit card and billing information, then click Purchase.
  6. Select the number of users. Click + and  to select how many total users you need in your account. Users include employees, supervisors, managers, and the account holder.
  7. Select if you would like Annual Billing. Annual subscriptions are one-time payments unless Auto-Renewal has been enabled. Annual subscriptions include a discount.

  8. Click Purchase.
