Using Google+ to login allows you to use your google account credentials to login. This means that you don’t need to setup a separate email and password to log into your When I Work account. Also, if you use Google+ to login you will have to use to log into your When I Work account from here on out.
Signing in with your Google account
From the login page click the [Sign in with Google Plus] option.
Clicking “Sign in with Google” will send your browser to https://accounts.google.com to select the Google account to use and authenticate.
Once logged into your Google account it will prompt to you accept the terms of service with connecting your Google account with the When I Work app (this is standard with almost every app).
If you have an Android phone and have yet to install the When I Work app it will prompt you to install the app to your device.
Once you are logged into your Google account When I Work will prompt you to find the account you belong to. Searching by your Account ID or Subdomain will prompt you to the account you belong to.
Contact your manager if you do not know the Account ID.
Selecting the account you belong to will log you into your When I Work account.
NOTE: You will only have to go through the setup steps once. After you setup your Google+ sign on you will be able to just login by choosing the Google Plus login option on the login page.
If you are already registered with When I Work, and choose to log in with Google, you can login with either option as long as your email’s match.
