Overview

Coverage view displays shifts in chronological order based on start time. Coverage view is a great tool to use when you want to make sure you have an entire week’s worth of shifts covered. It also helps you to determine any gaps for priority shift times.

Considerations

  • Coverage view can be used in the week, two-week, or month time views.
  • Time off requests and availability preferences are not displayed in this view. User’s availability appears when you add or edit a shift.
  • Shifts at other schedules are not displayed in this view.
  • When shifts have the same start time, their order will be determined by end time.
  • When shifts have the same start and end time, the shifts are ordered alphabetically based on the first name of the user assigned to each shift.

Navigate to Coverage View

  1. Go to the Scheduler.
  2. Next to View Shifts By, click .
  3. Click Coverage from the drop-down menu.
NOTE: Scheduler views have keyboard shortcuts. To navigate to coverage view using the keyboard, select “c”.

Select an item in one of these lists to hide shifts assigned to other positions or job sites from view.
