You can add or remove user seats in your account’s plan without changing your plan type. Adding more seats allows you to add more users on the Users page.

You must have admin access privileges in order to add or remove seats from a plan.
Manage user seats
Hover over , then select Account & Billing.
- Click Manage Seats.
- Click + or – to change the number of seats allowed in your account.
- Click Purchase to confirm your changes. Your changes take effect immediately.
