Overview

When your shift task list is ready, you can add it to shifts to make its tasks visible to your employees. You can schedule the list to a single shift or add the list to a shift template to use over and over.

Shift Tasks Beta

The Shift Tasks feature is in Beta testing and is slowly being rolled out to eligible accounts. If you would like to help us test shift tasks, please contact us to find out if your account qualifies.

Scheduling shift task lists

Shift task lists are assigned to shifts on the scheduler or added to a shift template.

Add a list to a custom shift

  1. Click Calendar Scheduler.

  2. Create a shift or click the shift you would like to edit.
  3. Click Shift Tasks Lists and select one or more lists. 
  4. Click Save.

Add a list to a shift template

  1. Hover over Workplace, then select Shift Template Shift Templates.

  2. Create or edit a shift template.
  3. Click Shift Task Lists and select one or more lists.

Removing a list

If you would like to disassociate a shift task list from a shift, remove it from the shift or shift template.

From a shift

  1. Click Calendar Scheduler.

  2. Click the shift you would like to edit.
  3. Click X to remove list/s.
    1. Click X next to the list name to remove that specific list.
    2. Click X to the right to remove all assigned lists.
  4. Click Save.

From a shift template

  1. Hover over Workplace, then select Shift Template Shift Templates.

  2. Click the template you would like to edit.
  3. Click X to remove list/s.
    1. Click X next to the list name to remove that specific list.
    2. Click X to the right to remove all assigned lists.
  4. Click Save.
