Billing frequency

Payroll fees are billed in arrears on a monthly basis and are included in the monthly bill alongside the subscription fees for the Scheduling & Attendance Product.

Customers on annual Scheduling & Attendance plans that are billed on a monthly basis are billed for both their Scheduling & Attendance subscription as well as the monthly Payroll fees.

Payroll fees

Payroll consists of the following fees:

  • Payroll Base: A flat dollar amount paid monthly.
  • Payroll Per User: A fee based on the number of users in the month.
  • Pass-Through: Service fees for items like invalid EINs and late tax filings. These are billed in arrears at least quarterly based on the following fees. Our Terms of Service goes into more fine detail about these fees.

Pass-through fees details
