The notification area allows you to see what’s happened while you were away.

Viewing notifications

Click the bell icon at the top left corner to view all activity happening within the schedule. The number indicates how many new things that have occurred since you last viewed the notifications.

The most recent activity with it’s current status is always at the top. You can quickly review time off requests, shift trades, shift drops, and availability changes.

And the activity is sorted into three different categories: Things needing your action, Things awaiting actions from others, and notifications. Click on any notification for more details.

  • Things Needing Your Action: Alerts that appear in this column require your approval such as a time off requests and swap and drop requests. Hover over a pending request to approve from here.
  • Things Awaiting Action From Others: Alerts that appear here require another employee to take action such as waiting for someone to pick up a swap or drop from another employee after it has been approved.
  • Notifications: Alerts that populate here are things that an employee just initiated such as a time off request or drop request.

To find things quickly, you can search by type of request or employee name by using the search field at the top.

Note: You must use all lower case letters when searching for items.
