Update your alert preferences to customize how you’re automatically notified by When I Work. You can also set your alert preferences from your computer or Android device. For each alert, you can choose how you’d like to be notified: Email: Just like it sounds—we’ll send you an email. Mobile: If you’re logged in to the When I Work app on your iOS device, or Android device, you’ll be notified in the app. If you’re not logged in, we’ll send you a text message. Remove Phone Number from Blocklist
If you have previously opted out from SMS messages from When I Work, you can remove your number from the SMS blocklist and resume SMS delivery. Your phone number may have been blocklisted if you have replied STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to SMS messages from When I Work....Applies to Admins, Employees, Managers, Supervisors
