Overview

When adding a physical address to a job site or schedule, look at the Google Maps visualization and verify that the pin best reflects your physical address.

If the Google Maps visualization does not match the physical address where you want users to clock in, you may want to assign latitude and longitude coordinates for increased accuracy.

Considerations

  • You must have manager or admin level access to modify schedules.
  • You must have supervisor, manager, or admin level access to modify job sites.

Find coordinates

  1. Open Google Maps in your web browser.
  2. Find the exact location on Google Maps (this is easiest to do in Satellite View so that you can see the terrain).
  3. Once you have zoomed in and found the exact spot you want staff to clock in from, right click on that spot and select the coordinates.Google Maps copies the coordinates to your clipboard.
