Your account ID is displayed in the app settings area of the When I Work web app. Your account ID is a number by default, but you are welcome to edit to your preference (i.e. company name).
Things to know before you begin
- Account holders can view and edit the account ID.
- Managers can view the account ID but cannot change it.
- Supervisors and employees cannot view the account ID.
Viewing the account ID
- From a computer, log in to the web app.
- Click your profile picture to the top-right corner of the page, then select App Settings. Your account ID is appears near the top of this page.
