Where can I find my account ID?

Overview

Your account ID is displayed in the app settings area of the When I Work web app. Your account ID is a number by default, but you are welcome to edit to your preference (i.e. company name).

Things to know before you begin

  • Account holders can view and edit the account ID.
  • Managers can view the account ID but cannot change it.
  • Supervisors and employees cannot view the account ID.

Viewing the account ID

  1. From a computer, log in to the web app.
  2. Click your profile picture to the top-right corner of the page, then select App Settings. Your account ID is appears near the top of this page.
