Overview

If you use When I Work to clock in and out, review your timesheet to see how many hours you’ve worked during a pay period. You can also edit your timesheet if your employer has chosen to allow it.

You can also review and edit your timesheet from your computer, iPhone, or iPad. If you’re a supervisor, manager, or admin, follow our instructions to review employee timesheets instead.

Considerations

  • Your employer controls whether you can edit your timesheet.
  • We added timesheet editing in When I Work Scheduling app version 4.3. If your employer allows editing but you still don’t have the option to edit, update the app to the latest version.
