If you use When I Work to clock in and out, review your time sheet to see how many hours you’ve worked during a pay period. You can also edit your time sheet if your employer has chosen to allow it.

You can also review and edit your time sheet from your computer or Android phone.

Things to do before you begin

Make sure the When I Work Employee Scheduling app is installed on your iPhone or iPad.

Reviewing your time sheet

  1. From the When I Work Employee Scheduling app, tap Time Sheets near the bottom of the screen.Time Sheets tab
  2. Tap the pay period that you want to view.Pay Periods
  3. Review your time sheet.Time sheet

If you see a discrepancy and your employer allows time sheet editing, you may be able to correct the issue by editing your timesheet.

Editing your time sheet

You can edit your time sheet if your employer allows it and the pay period is still open.

  • Pay periods with an open circle can be edited.
  • Pay periods with a filled circle or check mark cannot be edited.

Add a time sheet entry

  1. From your time sheet, tap Plus button in the top-right corner of the screen.Add time sheet entry
  2. Set the time sheet entry details.Add Timesheet Entry
  3. In the top-right corner of the screen, tap Save.Save time sheet entry

Edit a time sheet entry

  1. From your time sheet, tap the time sheet entry that you’d like to change.Select time sheet entry
  2. In the top-right corner of the screen, tap Edit.Edit time sheet entry
  3. Make your changes to the time sheet entry.
  4. In the top-right corner of the screen, tap Save.Save time sheet entry

Delete a time sheet entry

  1. From your time sheet, tap the time sheet entry that you’d like to change.Select time sheet entry
  2. In the top-right corner of the screen, tap Edit.Edit time sheet entry
  3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete Timesheet Entry.Delete time sheet entry
  4. If you’re sure, tap Delete Timesheet Entry to confirm.
