Overview
You can manage your pay information in your user profile.
Pay information includes:
- Bank account information
- Tax withholding information
You can also manage your pay information from a computer or Android device.
Considerations
- Have your banking information readily available to speed up the process.
Add your pay information
- From the When I Work Staff Scheduling app, tap More.
- Tap Profile & Settings, then tap Pay.
- To manage a bank account, tap Add Account in the Bank Account Section. Follow the prompts to complete.
- To manage tax withholdings, click Set Withholdings in the Taxes section. Follow the prompts to complete.
