Overview

You can manage your pay information in your user profile.

Pay information includes:

  • Bank account information
  • Tax withholding information
  • Recurring benefits & deductions

You can also manage your pay information from an iOS device or Android device.

First time adding your info?

You are prompted to fill out this info when you log into When I Work for the first time. You can also go to your user profile to start filling this out.

Considerations

  • Have your banking information readily available to speed up the process.

Add your pay information

  1. Hover over your name, then select Profile & Settings.

  2. Click Get Started in the Pay Information section of your profile.

  3. Follow the prompts to complete adding your pay information.
  4. Click Save to finish.

Manage your pay information

  1. Hover over your name, then select Profile & Settings.

  2. To manage a bank account, click Manage Accounts in the Bank Account Section. Follow the prompts to complete.manage bank accounts
  3. To manage tax withholdings, click Edit Withholdings in the Taxes section. Follow the prompts to complete.edit withholdings
  4. Click Save to finish.
