Manage Your Pay Information

Overview

You can manage your pay information in your user profile.

Pay information includes:

  • Bank account information
  • Tax withholding information

You can also manage your pay information from a computer or Android device.

Considerations

  • Have your banking information readily available to speed up the process.

Add your pay information

  1. From the When I Work Staff Scheduling app, tap More.
  2. Tap Profile & Settings, then tap Pay.
  3. To manage a bank account, tap Add Account in the Bank Account Section. Follow the prompts to complete.
  4. To manage tax withholdings, click Set Withholdings in the Taxes section. Follow the prompts to complete.add pay info
