Overview

Admins, Managers, and Supervisors can view and download their paystubs in the When I Work app.

You can also manage your paystubs on your iOS device and Android device.

Viewing your paystub

1. Hover over My Profile, then click Paystubs, or hover over Hours & Pay then click Paystubs.
2. Filter paystubs by Year or Month in the left sidebar to find the paystub you are looking for.

Downloading your paystub

1. Hover over My Profile, then click Paystubs, or hover over Hours & Pay then click Paystubs.
2. Click to download a specific your paystub to your computer.
