Payroll lifecycle

The following is a high-level summary of how Payroll with When I Work works:

Step 1: Contact Customer Care

Contact the When I Work Customer Care team to get your account enrolled in Payroll. Check out the Payroll Reference Guide for Managers for an overview of the core functions.

Step 2: Configure your account

Add all the relevant details to your users to support running payroll, such as bank account information, tax withholdings, and recurring deductions.

Step 3: Review and submit payroll

Review your payroll and make any one-time changes before you submit it.

Step 4: View and download paystubs
