If you need help with When I Work, you can contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

You can also contact us from your computer or iPhone/iPad.

Customer Care team hours

Our Customer Care team is available during these hours:

  • Monday through Friday: 7 A.M. to 8 P.M. Central Time (12:00 to 1:00 UTC).
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Central Time (14:00 to 22:00 UTC).

We do our best to get you answers within a few hours. If you contact us after business hours, we’ll get back to you on the next business day.

Submit a ticket to our Customer Care team

You can submit a ticket to our Customer Care team at any time. If you need help after business hours, submitting a ticket is the best way to contact us.

  1. In the top-left corner of the app, tap Menu button.Menu button
  2. Scroll down to the Support section, then tap Request Help.
    A prompt appears. Select the email app you’d like to use to send your question or message.
  3. After you’ve crafted your message, send your email.

Chat with our Customer Care team

If you are a supervisor, manager, or account holder you can chat with us from a computer during our support hours. For more information, check out our Contacting Us article for computer.

Watch one of our live or pre-recorded webinars to get in-depth training on using When I Work. Live webinars are held each weekday, or you can watch a pre-recorded webinar at any time. Register for a webinar from our Education page.
