Customer Care team hours
Our Customer Care team is available during these hours:
- Monday through Friday: 7 A.M. to 8 P.M. Central Time (12:00 to 1:00 UTC).
- Saturday and Sunday: 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Central Time (14:00 to 22:00 UTC).
We do our best to get you answers within a few hours. If you contact us after business hours, we’ll get back to you on the next business day.
Submit a ticket to our Customer Care team
You can submit a ticket to our Customer Care team at any time. If you need help after business hours, submitting a ticket is the best way to contact us.
- In the top-left corner of the app, tap Menu button.
- Scroll down to the Support section, then tap Request Help.
A prompt appears. Select the email app you’d like to use to send your question or message.
- After you’ve crafted your message, send your email.
Chat with our Customer Care team
If you are a supervisor, manager, or account holder you can chat with us from a computer during our support hours. For more information, check out our Contacting Us article for computer.
