Customer Care team hours

Our Customer Care team is available Monday through Friday from 7 A.M. to 8 P.M. Central Time (12:00 to 1:00 UTC). We do our best to get you answers within a few hours. If you contact us after business hours, we’ll get back to you on the next business day.

You can submit a ticket to our Customer Care team at any time. If you need help after business hours, submitting a ticket is the best way to contact us.

We provide live chat during our support hours. To access live chat, you must be to be an account holder, manager, or supervisor signed into your When I Work account.

Get in-depth training about When I Work! You can watch one of our live or prerecorded webinars found in the Education section of our website.

We host Live Training Webinars every weekday with an Open Question & Answer session that covers basic Employee training to setting up our Advanced Features. You can register to attend by clicking “Reserve My Spot” and an invite will be sent to you via email.
