What’s New?
Additional views have been added to the Time Off Requests and Shift Requests pages. Use these to find the requests you are looking for even faster.
Request views are available to all When I Work accounts regardless of the plan.
Highlights
- Time Off Requests page includes the following views for admin, managers and supervisors:
- Requests I Can Approve: Requests that are Pending Approval that you can act on, excluding your personal requests. This tab is not present if approval is not required in the General Settings.
- My Requests: Requests that you made or were made on your behalf.
- All Requests: Your personal requests and requests from others all in one place. Formerly the default.
- Shift Requests page includes the following views:
- Requests I Can Approve: (Account holders, managers and supervisors only) Requests that are Pending Approval that you can act on, excluding your personal requests. This tab is not present if approval is not required in the Scheduling Settings.
- Requests I Can Accept: Shift requests that you can currently accept.
- My Requests: Requests that you made or were made on your behalf.
- All Requests: Your personal requests and requests from others all in one place. Formerly the default.
