Reminding an Employee to Accept an Invite

Overview

If an employee hasn’t accepted an invite to join your workplace, you can remind the employee by sending another invite.

Things to know before you begin

Invites cannot be sent if an employee has already registered (accepted an invite). Green dots show to the right of employees’ names who have accepted invites. Registered employees can log in with their email address and password.

Invite all unregistered employees

You can send invites to all unregistered employees at once without having to send invites one by one.

  1. Go to the Employees page.
  2. In the top-right corner, click  More button.
  3. Click Invite Unregistered Employees.Invite Unregistered Employees button

A banner appears at the top of the page confirming the invites have sent. Employees can log in after accepting an invite.

Invite a single employee

Send an invite to a specific employee if you don’t want to invite everyone at once.

  1. Go to the Employees page.
  2. Find the employee you need to invite and click Email on the right side of the page.Invite button
