Next Workers’ Compensation Integration Reference

Overview

When I Work integrates with Next Workers’ Compensation to help you find coverage for workers’ compensation insurance. The integration enables you to offer workers’ compensation insurance directly within When I Work.

The integration allows When I Work to share your payroll data in real-time and establish a pay-as-you-go policy for Workers’ Comp with NEXT.

Considerations

  • Your workplace must use Time & Attendance and Payroll.
  • The Payroll Terms of Service – Workplaces and the Workers’ Comp Insurance Schedule (Schedules A and A-1 of our Terms of Service found at https://wheniwork.com/terms) set forth the terms and conditions under which Customers have the opportunity to seek and, if eligible, purchase a plan of Workers’ Comp insurance from Next.

Enroll in the integration

  1. Hover over , then select  Integrations.

  2. Click See All Integrations, then click Learn More in the Next tile.next learn more tile
  3. Click Enroll. A new modal opens where you can choose to find a new plan or connect coverage.

Manage the integration

Managing the integration

When I Work uses Next as a provider of worker’s compensation insurance. All Next management is taken care of through Next’s website.

  1. Hover over , then select  Integrations.

  2. Click Managed By Provider.next managed tile
  3. Click Visit Website to take further management action.next visit website modal
