You can distribute your postings on Indeed when you are finished creating your first job posting. You can also manage these settings after you have created multiple job postings.

Indeed analyzes and approves job postings before posting them to their site. Due to this, your job posting distribution to Indeed may be delayed up to several days. In addition, when you remove a job posting from Hire there may be a delay before it is removed from Indeed.
Enable job posting distribution
- Click Hire.
- Click the more options button, then click Edit distribution settings.
- Click the toggle to enable Indeed distribution:
- Enter your company website and your business email. If you do not have a website, check We don’t have a website.
- Click Save.

Why isn’t my posting displayed on Indeed?
If your job posting is not displayed on Indeed, try using their ATS Partner Knowledge Base to solve your issue. The knowledge base includes documentation to help you solve issues that involve:
- Job description
- Duplicate content

If you are still having an issue with your job posting being displayed, Indeed recommends contacting them directly using their Submit a Request form.
