Overview

If you are experiencing issues on the iPhone/iPad app, connect with When I Work’s Customer Care Team to quickly address your questions! Learn about all the ways to get in touch with When I Work!

Things to know before you begin

This article contains images of the When I Work app on an iPhone. Although the app looks slightly different on an iPad, the app works the same on both devices.

Contact us

1) From the iPhone/iPad app, click the ? icon (Question Mark icon) on the top left of the screen.

2) A drop down menu will appear allowing the User to select:

  • Getting Started
  • Tutorial Videos
  • Need Help?
  • Messages from When I Work

Getting Started

1) Select “Getting Started” from the menu

2) This will bring up a screen where we take you on a Guided Journey through the iPhone/iPad app to ensure proper account implementation. Swipe to the right to view additional Video Tutorials.

3) To exit the Guided Setup, swipe to the end and click “Okay, got it.”

Tutorial Videos

1) Select “Tutorial Videos” from the menu

2) This will bring up a screen where you can scroll through the Video Tutorials about the iPhone/iPad app to ensure proper account implementation. Scroll to view additional Video Tutorials.

3) To exit the Tutorial Videos, click “Done” on the top left of the screen

Need Help?

1) Select “Need Help?” from the menu

2) This will bring up a menu from the bottom of the screen allowing you to chose:

  • Request Help
  • Submit a Suggestion
  • Report a Bug

3) To Request Help, click “Request Help” and fill out the Ticket details and click “Send” on the top right of the screen. Our Customer Care Team will reach out to you shortly to answer your questions.

4) To Submit a Suggestion, click “Submit a Suggestion” and fill out the Ticket details and click “Send” on the top right of the screen. Our Customer Care Team will reach out to you shortly to explain if it is a feature suggestion on our Product Roadmap.

5) To Report a Bug, click “Report a Bug” and fill out the Ticket details and click “Send” on the top right of the screen. If possible, please include screenshots and exact steps taken so we can replicate the issue and efficiently address the Bug. Our Customer Care Team will reach out to you shortly to gather additional necessary information.

6) If you clicked “Request Help,” “Submit a Suggestion,” or “Report a Bug” on accident, click Cancel on the top left of the screen and confirm by clicking “Delete Draft” to return to the app.

Messages from When I Work

1) Select “Messages from When I Work” from the menu

2) This will bring up a screen where you can scroll through the Messages from When I Work about the iPhone/iPad app to ensure you stay up to date with the latest features! You can click into any previous messages and write a reply. Scroll to view previous messages.

3) To exit the Messages from When I Work screen, click x on the top right of the screen
