Overview
Adding a profile picture helps your coworkers recognize you in the app.
You can also add a profile picture from your computer or Android device.
Considerations
- Once an image has been uploaded to the app, it cannot be removed, only replaced with a new picture.
- The image must be larger than 128 pixels by 128 pixels and no bigger than 500k.
Add a profile picture
- Tap More in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Tap Profile Settings.
- Tap Edit in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Tap Change Photo.
If you’re prompted to allow the When I Work app access to your photos, grant access. - Select an image to use as your profile picture.
- Tap Save in the top-right corner of the screen.
