Overview

Adding a profile picture helps your coworkers recognize you in the app.

You can also add a profile picture from your computer or Android phone.

Things to know before you begin

  • Once an image has been uploaded to the app, it cannot be removed, only replaced with a new picture.
  • The image must be larger than 128 pixels by 128 pixels and no bigger than 500k.

Steps

  1. From the When I Work Staff Scheduling app, tap  Menu button More in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  2. Tap Profile Settings.Toolbox menu
  3. Tap Edit in the top-right corner of the screen.
  4. Tap the camera icon.Employee Profile menu
  5. If you’re prompted to allow the When I Work app access to your photos, grant access.
  6. Select an image to use as your profile picture.
    The image must be larger than 128 pixels by 128 pixels and no bigger than 500k.
  7. When you’re finished, tap Save in the top-right corner of the screen.
